How Billing Works

When you purchase Google Workspace with Net2Secure, here’s how your billing cycle works:

  • Monthly Billing: We offer a simple monthly billing cycle. You’ll be charged on the same date every month based on the number of active users in your Google Workspace account.

  • Annual Billing (Optional): Prefer a yearly plan? Let us know. We can set you up with discounted annual billing options.

  • Pro-rated Charges: If you add users mid-month, charges for those users will be calculated based on the number of days left in your billing cycle.

How to View and Download Invoices

To download your monthly or yearly invoices:

  1. Login to your Net2Secure client dashboard.

  2. Go to Billing > Invoices.

  3. Select the invoice you want to download.

  4. Click Download PDF.

Each invoice includes a breakdown of user charges, plan details, taxes, and billing period.

Changing Your Plan or User Count

You can upgrade or downgrade your Google Workspace plan anytime. Here's how:

  • To change your plan: Contact our support team or raise a request from your client portal.

  • To add/remove users: Simply inform us or do it from your Google Admin Console. Billing will adjust automatically.

We’ll notify you if there are any billing changes due to the plan or user count change.
