By using the services offered by Net2Secure, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Any violation of these terms may result in the instant termination of your services without prior notice.

As India’s leading and trusted hosting provider, we provide customers access to public, private, commercial, and non-commercial information. Our primary objective is to ensure that customers understand their rights and roles regarding Internet usage. These terms & conditions supplement the individual service agreement applicable to each customer.

The Internet is a decentralized network, meaning no single entity, including Net2Secure, controls it. As such, customers must use their discretion when obtaining and sharing information online. Net2Secure does not monitor, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of information accessed through its services.

Only customers are responsible for the content they share on the Internet. Any information posted by a customer may be subject to copyright laws, defamation laws, and other regulations. Customers must be aware that their online activities can affect Net2Secure business reputation and operations. Therefore, the below activities are strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Activities

To ensure network integrity and server stability, the following activities are strictly prohibited under our Terms and Conditions:

• Spamming: The act of sending unsolicited, bulk, or commercial emails ("spamming") has adverse effects on our network and its users. Net2Secure firmly forbids spamming and retains the authority to suspend services for violators.
• Resource Abuse: Actions that heavily utilize server resources, including lengthy CPU-intensive processes, large bandwidth downloads, bulk emailing, or any activities that hinder server performance, are not allowed.
• Copyright Violations: Customers are required to honor intellectual property rights. Unauthorized duplication or dissemination of copyrighted content can result in civil and criminal consequences.
• Transmission of Obscene Material: It is forbidden to upload, host, or share pornographic, obscene, or otherwise indecent materials, which may lead to legal repercussions.
• Defamation: It is strictly prohibited to utilize Net2Secure services to disseminate defamatory material that adversely affects individuals or companies.
• Unauthorized Access (Hacking): Trying to obtain unauthorized entry into computers, networks, or systems is against the law and will lead to prompt service termination.
• Distribution of Malware: It is strictly forbidden to create, distribute, or assist in spreading viruses, worms, trojans, or any other malicious software.
• Export Control Violations: Clients are required to adhere to all relevant export regulations when utilizing encryption software or any other controlled technologies.
• Harmful Activities: Any action that, regardless of its legality, interferes with Net2Secure’s functioning, reputation, or the experience of other users is prohibited.

Enforcement

Net2Secure does not engage in active monitoring of customer activities. Nevertheless, if we identify any breaches, we maintain the right to implement corrective measures, such as removing content, restricting access, suspending accounts, or terminating services without prior notice.

Clients offering hosting services to others need to guarantee adherence to these terms. Not cooperating in preventing or resolving policy violations could lead to suspension of services.

Privacy & Security

Although the Internet naturally poses security threats, Net2Secure advises clients to implement measures to safeguard their information. We do not oversee private communications unless mandated by law, but we might have to reveal information in response to legal demands.

Data Responsibility

Net2Secure performs continuous backups but does not guarantee the preservation of customer data. It is the customer's sole responsibility to maintain independent backups of their own content.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Net2Secure harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of our services in violation of applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions.

Termination & Service Discontinuation

Net2Secure reserves the right to cancel services at any time, without notice, due to violations of these terms or non-payment of dues. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms & conditions. Net2Secure reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without any prior notice.
