With Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), you can easily set up business email addresses like you@yourdomain.com linked to your Net2Secure site. Plus, you get access to powerful tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and more.
Through Net2Secure’s guidance, we'll help you understand eligibility, pricing, integration, setup steps, and how to get support.
Net2Secure acts as a Google Workspace reseller, so you can directly sign up through your site.
Your Google Workspace account is managed in Net2Secure for billing, but you'll use Google tools for email and productivity.
Resellers like Net2Secure must comply with any changes Google makes to the Workspace platform.
To sign up for Google Workspace through Net2Secure:
You must be using Net2Secure version 7.1 or 7.0.
Your site must be on a trial, paid plan, or parking page.
You must own at least one custom domain, either through Net2Secure or a third party like Net2Secure.
You must reside in a supported country.
Your domain must not be associated with an existing or legacy Google Workspace account.
You cannot transfer an existing Google Workspace account from Google or another provider to Net2Secure.
If you already signed up for Google Workspace elsewhere, you cannot link it to Net2Secure directly. You'll continue managing and paying for it through Google or your current provider.
However, you can migrate to a new Google Workspace account through Net2Secure with some coordination from your email host.
Go to Google Admin Toolbox
Enter your domain and click Continue.
If an account exists, Google will ask for your email to contact you with details.
You can then work with your current email host and Google to migrate.

Yes, but only new Google Workspace accounts can be created in Net2Secure.
You cannot use this integration if:
You already have a Google Workspace account for that domain.
You used Google Workspace on that domain previously.
What You Can Do:
Migrate from a third-party email provider to Google Workspace via Net2Secure (requires coordination).
Continue using your third-party email provider while managing your site in Net2Secure.
Use your existing email on forms, contact pages, or as form storage.
You cannot use multiple email providers for one domain.
Once connected, you can:
Add new Google Workspace users/email addresses
Rename users
Review and manage Google Workspace invoices inside Net2Secure
Link your email to Net2Secure features like forms, newsletters, and campaign tools
Use Case | How to Connect Your Google Email |
---|---|
Commerce Emails | Update the “Reply-To” address for order and donation emails |
Forms & Newsletters | Go to Storage tab in your form block → replace email with your Google Workspace address |
Pages | Update your email anywhere it’s displayed (e.g., contact or about pages) |
Email Campaigns | Set your custom Google Workspace email as the sender address |
Google Drive Integration | Link your form to a new Google Spreadsheet for easy tracking |
Do not use your Workspace email as your Net2Secure login email. If your domain expires or you lose access, you could get locked out. Use a personal or backup email for account login.
Follow these steps based on your domain type:
Open your Domains dashboard in Net2Secure.
Select the domain you want to use.
Click Email, then click Get started.
Choose a plan and complete setup.
Go to the Google Workspace panel in your Net2Secure dashboard.
Choose your plan and set up your account.
