If you have a custom domain connected to your Net2Secure site, you can also create a professional email address that matches your domain, like yourname@yourdomain.com. It not only looks more professional but also helps build trust and branding.
At Net2Secure, we make it easy for you to use custom email addresses with your Net2Secure site, whether you're setting up a new one or using an existing email address.
A custom email address uses your own domain name instead of a generic provider like Gmail or Yahoo.
Example:
If your domain is www.sampledomain.com, your email could be contact@sampledomain.com.
This type of email address gives your business a more credible and branded identity.
There are two simple options to use custom emails with Net2Secure:
1. Use Google Workspace (Ideal for New Setup)
If you don’t already have a custom email, the easiest way to get started is by using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). Through Net2Secure’s integration with Google, you can:
Create a custom email address that matches your domain
Use Google’s familiar interface for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Docs
Manage your billing directly through Net2Secure
Enjoy easy setup and management
Note: Google hosts the email account, but Net2Secure manages your billing if you signed up through their portal.
Need help? Net2Secure can assist you in setting up your Google Workspace email with your domain.
2. Use Your Existing Email Address
Already have a custom email set up with another provider like Zoho, Outlook, or even Net2Secure? You can keep using it.
If your email is linked to a domain from another provider, connecting your domain to Net2Secure won’t affect your email.
If your domain is managed by Net2Secure, you just need to update the MX records to continue using your existing email service.
Tip: Planning to move your domain to Net2Secure? Make sure to move your MX records too, but check with your email provider first.
Need help updating DNS records? Net2Secure can do it for you.
Sometimes emails from custom addresses can be marked as spam. To avoid that, you need to add DKIM and SPF records to your domain settings. These help email services verify that you’re a trusted sender.
Using Google Workspace?
Follow Google’s guide to add DKIM and SPF records.
Then, update your domain settings in either Net2Secure or Net2Secure’s DNS panel, wherever your domain is hosted.
Using another provider?
Ask them for the DKIM and SPF records, and Net2Secure will help you add them to your domain settings.
To make sure your emails don’t land in spam:
Always add DKIM and SPF records
Use clean subject lines
Avoid excessive links or attachments
Don’t send from the same email used for forwarding
