When you have a domain name, a "registrar" is the company that handles all the official paperwork for it. For most people who get their domain from Net2Secure, we are your registrar. This means we manage everything for you, including renewals and settings, right from your Net2Secure account.

But what if you moved your domain from another company to Net2Secure?

Your registrar might still be Net2Secure, but it's always a good idea to double-check. The easiest way to do this is with a quick search called a "WHOIS lookup," which shows a domain's official information.

How to Check Your Registrar Using Net2Secure

  1. Log in to your Net2Secure account.

  2. Go to the Domains section in your control panel.

  3. Click on the domain you want to check.

  4. Look for the section that shows registrar information or domain settings.

If Net2Secure is listed as the registrar, you're all set! You can make all changes and manage your domain directly with us.

If you see a different company's name, it means that company is still your registrar. You'll need to log in to their website to make any changes, like updating your website's address or renewing your domain.

No matter who your registrar is, Net2Secure is here to help. Our support team can assist you in finding your registrar, and we can also guide you through the process of transferring your domain to us to make management simpler.
